Each frame is subjected to a meticulous quality check inspection before it is shipped. Our quality check specialists take pictures of the frame and record the condition of each order. Every frame is also inspected by the owner before it is shipped.
We will send you a Quality Control checklist for each frame ordered. If you receive a frame that is damaged, or have an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at 1-208-733-1067 or email@example.com. We must issue you a Return Authorization number before you send back your purchase.
